♥ Due to where I reside , I can accept strictly only Paypal.

♥All payment must be made within 48 hours.


♥ PLEASE NOTE I WOULD USE THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN ECRATER ORDER . Please kindly make sure the information is up to date.

♥ I ship 3 times a week, Monday , Wednesday and Friday , local China time. All orders would be shipped within 2 business days. Please take note of the time difference between Shanghai and your country.

♥ I am using the China Post for delivery . China Post uses weight system for their packages. It is approx $3.70 for the first 100 gm and up to $14 for 500gm. I generally adsorb the extra charges and do not charge any fees for the packing material or Paypal fees.

♥ Please note the delivery time line :

USA , ASIA , AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ->It should take 2 weeks to 3 weeks for delivery. In some states, it can take up to 5 weeks.

EASTERN EUROPEAN, FAR EAST AND SOUTH AMERICA -> It should take 3 weeks to 4 weeks for delivery.

I apologize for the long delivery time but that is the time line given here. Please make sure you are not in a rush to receive your items and give allowance for a 21 days delivery time.

♥ If you need your items fast, I can use EMS which can delivered your items within 4 to 7 days. It can be very expensive.....Please email me for cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

♥If you have not received your item by the 21st day after shipping notification, please contact me as soon as possible. I can use the tracking slip to track it at my post office. I always always always take non delivery of items cases very seriously and always do my best to rectify any problems .

♥ Please do not file a Paypal Dispute without letting me know of any problem beforehand. This action can have a very negative effect on the transactions. I always always believe any situation can be resolve peacefully and rationally.

♥ I always recycled my packing material wherever possible.For some items, I use cardboard, bubble wrap and later pack in high quality bubble lined envelope. I want to make sure my items arrived to you in mint condition.

♥ Your satisfaction is very important. Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems. I will go all out to rectify any problems. You can email me at anytime, any day!:)

♥ Refund would be given only for items grossly misrepresented, stained or damaged. Buyer's remorse is not accepted.
